PUBLIC INSPECTION PERMISSION

Permission is granted to access, inspect, and operate the publicly published
Latent Verify workstation solely for evaluation of its publicly exposed
functionality and for non-production public inspection.

NO COMMERCIAL OR PRODUCTION GRANT

No right is granted, except by separate written authorization from
Kevin Flint / Latent Studios, for:

- commercial runtime deployment;
- production runtime deployment;
- enterprise or internal production deployment;
- hosted execution or validation;
- managed services;
- validation-as-a-service;
- certification or certificate issuance services;
- compatibility or compliance services;
- SDK, API, adapter, connector, wrapper, or binding commercialization;
- OEM or white-label deployment;
- resale or sublicense;
- on-premises or air-gapped production deployment;
- customer-facing production use;
- derivative commercial products or services.

PUBLIC INSPECTION != COMMERCIAL LICENSE
LOCAL EXECUTION   != PRODUCTION AUTHORIZATION
LOCAL RECEIPT     != LATENT STUDIOS CERTIFICATE
AUTHORITY ALLOW   != REGULATORY APPROVAL

Publication, cloning, forking, citation, local execution, successful
verification, receipt generation, evidence export, or local certificate
binding does not create commercial rights.

NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
